My name is Queon, but most folks call me "Q." With a decade of military service under my belt, I've found my passion lies in coaching and mentoring fathers and men facing life's challenges. My journey through the military, including a deployment to Afghanistan, has equipped me with unique perspectives that I bring to my role as a coach and mentor.

Growing up as a black child adopted by a white family, I navigated through a blend of cultures, experiences, and challenges that have shaped who I am today. This diverse background ignited within me a drive to bridge gaps, foster understanding, and support others facing similar journeys.

Inspired by my own experiences and the invaluable lessons learned from raising my two beautiful daughters, I embarked on a mission to amplify the voices of fathers through my podcast, "Mediocre Dads." Launched on March 20, 2023, the podcast serves as a platform where guests and I candidly share the trials, triumphs, and profound lessons gleaned from parenthood.

"Mediocre Dads" isn't just about highlighting fatherhood; it's about celebrating the profound impact dads have on our lives. Through heartfelt conversations, we aim to dismantle stereotypes and showcase the multifaceted nature of modern fatherhood.
